Tasting Notes: Pale straw color with greenish tinge. Refreshing dry white with a fragrant aroma of apricots, minerals and a hint of anis seed. Bracing acidity balanced with a slightly fruity character, ideal for drinking with Chinese chicken salad, sushi or deep fried fish. Best enjoyed through 2027.
