Winemaking: Fermentation in concrete tanks and subsequent ageing in 1.000 litre foudres barrels and 225-litre barrels. French oak for approximately 5 months.

Tasting Notes: Cherry red with violet reflections.
On the nose it is complex, with aromas of strawberry, red fruits and soft tones of coffee and toast
With a lot of red fruit, very fine and elegant, round and long on the palate and with an aftertaste with appreciable toasted notes.
