Grape Variety: 100% Callet

Winemaking: Fermentation in concrete tanks and subsequent ageing in 1.000 litre foudres barrels and 225-litre barrels. French oak for approximately 5 months.

Tasting Notes: Red-purple with violet reflections.
On the nose it is floral, spicy and very Mediterranean, with aromas of violet, forest, and spices such as pepper. We also find a part of very fresh black fruit, with wild hints, and aromas such as blackberry, or cherry.
On the palate it is long, unctuous and fresh, with good body and a persistent aftertaste.
