Full-bodied, dry red wine made from 60 year old vines grown in one of the world's highest vineyards with an altitude of 2,035 meters. Manually harvested. 14.5% vol.

Appellation: Cafayate

Grape Variety: 85 % Malbec & 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (60% new). Unfined and unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: Deep purple color. Rich nose of spicy black fruit and wet stone. Full-bodied with smooth tannins and surprising freshness, with stong mineral notes. Long finish with its alcohol well integrated. Best enjoyed: 2022 through 2028
