'Cru Classé' dried medium Rosé made from grapes cultivated in the south-east of the Provençe Biological Wine.
12.5% vol.

Appellation: A.O.P Côtes de Provence "Cru Classé"

Grape Variety: Grenache 40%, Cinsault 35%, Syrah 15%, Tibouren 10%.

Winemaking: Biological Wine. Soft pressing. Scrolling and Cold maceration in stainless steel tanks for each grape variety for 10 days.

Tasting Notes: Pale salmon color. Aroma of citrus fruits and petals. Elegant and fresh mouth, with white peach and citrus flavors. Very Mediterranean, ideal with Provençal vegetable dishes, white meats, grilled fish, curry or Asian cuisine.
Best enjoyed: through spring of 2027
