'Cru Classé' dry Rosé made from historical grapes of Provence grown to the south-east of the region. With its particular shape, it is the flagship wine of the house, made since 1950.

Appellation: A.O.P Côtes de Provence "Cru Classé"

Grape Variety: Grenache 36%, Cinsault 28%, Mourvèdre 20%, Tibouren 9%, Syrah 2%, Carignan 3%, Caladoc 1%, Rolle 1%.

Winemaking: Biological Wine. Scrolling and cold maceration for each grape variety for 10 days. Fermentation in barrels for ten days. Aging on its fine lees with regular removal.

Tasting Notes: Pale salmon, with great clarity. Aroma of white flowers (jasmine) and roses. Elegant mouth, with peach and citrus flavors. Very Mediterranean, ideal with Provençal vegetable dishes, white meats, grilled fish, curry or Asian cuisine.
