Extraordinary sparkling rosé made only from grapes grown in Grand cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs & Bouzy. Traditional Champagne method. 12.5% vol.

Grape Variety: 92% Chardonnay & 8% Pinot Noir.

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation blocked. More than three years aging on its lees. 20% reserve wine. Dosage = 2.5 gr. residual sugar.
