Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru

Winemaking: Grapes from old vines planted in 1971 in Le Mesnil sur Oger. Blanc de Blancs. Harvested in 2016. Aged 20% in barrel and 80% in stainless steel tanks. 60 months in bottle on its lees. Disgorgement in April 2023.
Dosage: Extra-Brut (1,5g residual sugar/L)
