Delicious, dry sparkling white made from a selection of grapes from top Grand Cru vineyards in the village of Les Mesnil-sur-Oger. This wine was made to celebrate the return of Pertois Moriset to the prestigious circle of producers called the Club Tresor de Champagne. Traditional Method. Extra Brut. 12.5% vol.

Appellation: Champagne

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks (88%) and French oak barrels (12%). Malolactic fermentation blocked. Four years aging on its lees. Dosage = 2 gr. residual sugar.

Presentation: Cardboard box of 6 bottles, each in its own individual carton.
