Light-bodied dry white made from grapes from from the 'terre blanche' hills of Maimbray, north of the appellation. The vineyards, with vines over 30 years old, have calcareous clay soil and are harvested manually.

Appellation: Sancerre

Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking: Pneumatic pressing with slow and gentle extraction. Vinification in stainless steel tanks. Aging on lees, in stainless steel tanks, without stirring the wine, for 7 months.

Tasting Notes: Best served: 2024 to 2026.
