Ageing: Fermented from whole clusters, without de-stemming, in stainless steel tanks.
Awards: Best Italian Wine Annual Guide: 87 points.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow. Fresh aroma of stone fruits, citrus and toast. Dry & slightly tart, with citrus fruit and notes of dried herbs. Serve with game birds, egg dishes or coldcuts. Best enjoyed: 2019 to 2021.
