Light-bodied dry white made from grapes from the village of Thauvenay, the historic cradle of the appellation. The vineyard is in chalky soil with flint and is tilled by hand, without the use of herbicides, pesticides or fertilisers.
13% vol.

Appellation: Sancerre

Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel tanks, only with wild yeasts, and matured on its lees.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw colour. Very fragrant, with aromas of freshly cut grass and candied fruit. Refreshing in the mouth, with good acidity and a long finish. Perfect with goat's cheese.
Best served: 2023 to 2026.
