Powerful yet refreshing red made from organically grown grapes from the Cabirou and Devèze districts, about 30 km NW of Perpignan. Limestone-schist soils. Manual harvest and certified Biodynamic cultivation. 14,5% vol.

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel vats using natural yeasts, without the addition of wine making inputs or sulphur. Matured in concrete vats before bottling.
