Mas Amiel Altair

Elegant medium-bodied white made from organically grown grapes grown in three old vine parcels in the Mas Fredes district, about 30 km NW of Perpignan. Very stony, limestone-shale soils with SW orientation. Manual harvest and certified Biodynamic cultivation. 13.5% vol.

Appellation: Cotes du Roussillon

Grape Variety: White Greanche, Grey Grenache & Macabeo.

Winemaking: Whole cluster fermented in stainless steel vats from using natural yeasts. Aged on its fine lees for 10 months, 40% in 600 liters wooden vats and 60 % in stainless steel.
