Rich and full-bodied dry red made from grapes grown in various parcels around the Clare Valley. A classic example of South Australian Shiraz.

Winemaking: Fermented spontaneously with only native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged in large French oak "hogshead" barrels for 15 months. Neither fined nor filtered before bottling.

Tasting Notes: Deep cherry red. Rich aroma of blueberries, ripe plums and roasted coffee beans. Silky and full-bodied, with good concentration & polished tannins. Long, clean finish. Best enjoyed: 2022 to 2027.
