Appellation: Mediterranee IGP

Grape Variety: 85% Viognier & 15% Rolle (Vermentino)

Winemaking: Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with green highlights. Aroma of peaches, apricots & fennel. Round and smooth with good acidity and a long and pleasing finish. Perfect as an aperitif, with Asian cuisine or grilled fish. Best enjoyed: 2023 to 2028.
