Full-bodied, dry white made from grapes grown in the hilly granitic soils near the village of Saint Peray. 14.5% vol.

Appellation: Saint Peray

Grape Variety: 60% Roussanne & 40% Marsanne

Winemaking: Barrel fermented & aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (15% new) with lees-stirring (battonage) during the first months.

Tasting Notes: Golden yellow with greenish tinge. Clean, intense aroma of white flowers & citrus. Rich & fruity with a good mouth-feel. Persistent, with mineral notes on the finish. Optimum Drinking: 2022 to 2024.
