Grape Variety: 100% Syrah

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet color. Aroma of blackberries & spice with a velvety texture and notes of cherry and blackcurrant. Perfect served with garlic and herb roasted lamb. Optimum drinking: 2024 to 2027.
