Grape Variety: 100% Syrah

Winemaking: Aged 18 months in one year old Franch oak barrels. Unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: Dark ruby, almost opaque. Very ripe dark fruit, black pepper, violets and licorice with mineral notes show on the nose. The soft, fleshy palate is rich and concentrated with flavors of blackberry fruit liqueur, cassis, bitter chocolate, and tobacco. Long finish with refined tannins & persistent notes of black fruit. Best enjoyed: 2020 to 2026
