Grape Variety: 100% Viognier

Winemaking: Barrel fermented (including malolactic) & aged in 100% new French oak.

Tasting Notes: Yellow gold. Clean, fresh aromas of minerals, honey, and ripe fruit with a note of pine needle. Well integrated flavor of minerals, ripe peach and tropical fruit. Creamy texture & softness that is nicely offset by good acidity and long finish. Ideal with poultry cooked with creamy mushroom sauce. Optimum Drinking: 2022 to 2025
