Winemaking: Grapes harvested at the end of August. Soft pressing. Fermentation is stopped when about 8.5 degrees of alcohol is obtained, in order to better highlight the important sugar content of this wine.

Tasting Notes: Clear hints of daisy and chamomile; lingering ripe grape, jammy and yellow-fleshed fruit aromas on the palate.
