Hungría / Tokaji
Light-bodied, sweet white made from late-harvested, partially botrytus-affected grapes. Manual harvest. 9.8% vol.
Grape Variety: Furmint, Hárslevelü, Zeta & Kabar.
Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for more than one year in Hungarian oak casks.
Tasting Notes: Deep yellow color. Spicy aroma of of ripe citrus fruit. Sweet, refreshing and light on the palette, with notes of coffee beans & butterscotch. Well-balanced and ideal served with desserts made with cream, cheese or nuts. 142 gr./l. residual sugar. Best enjoyed until 2030.
