Full-bodied dry white made from four parcels of vines located in the 1º cru Vaillons appellation, east of the village of Chablis. Sandy soils with limestone & Kimmeridgian clay. Certified organic cultivation. 14% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged 12 to 16 months on its fine lees. Six months additional ageing in French oak barrels.
