Medium-bodied dry white made from five parcels of vines located in the 1º cru Montee de Tonnerre appellation, next to the village of Chablis and the Grand Cru site. Limestone & Kimmeridgian clay soils. Certified organic cultivation. 12.5% vol.

Appellation: Chablis Primer Cru

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged 12 to 16 months on its fine lees. Six months additional ageing in French oak barrels.
