Dry, light-bodied white made from 30 year-old vines grown on clay limestone soils (tuffeau) located near the village of Vernou sur Brenne. 12.2% vol.

Appellation: Vouvray

Grape Variety: 100% Chenin Blanc

Winemaking: Vinified at cellar temperature in large oak vats and aged on its fine lees during one month.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw color. Refreshing aroma of candied fruit, wet stone and fresh herbs. Light and fruity with an attractive acidity and a long finish. Serve with savory salads or goat cheese. Best enjoyed through 2026.
