Extraordinary dessert wine made from sun-died grapes grown on 200 year old vines in the volcanic soils of Santorini.

Appellation: Santorini

Grape Variety: 80% Assyrtiko, 10% Aidani y 10% Athiri.

Winemaking: Aged for three years in cement tanks followed by 16 more years in French oak barrels.

Awards: Decanter: 97 poitns and ranked as one of the world's best dessert wines.

Tasting Notes: Copper-amber colour. Intense aroma figs, orange peel and spices. Full bodied, rich and well structured, with sweetness and acidity in harmony. Very long finish. Perfect to serve with fois gras, fruit cake or creamy desserts. 285 grams/liter residual sugar. Best enjoyed: until 2035.
