Grape Variety: Mainly Assyrtiko, with a small amount of Athiri y Aidani.

Winemaking: Made in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow. Delicate aroma of citrus & tropical fruits. Refreshing, with a marked acidity and interesting mineral notes. Ideal for serving with white fish or light poultry. Best enjoyed: 2023 to 2025.
