Tasting Notes: Pale yellow, crystal clear. Fresh aroma of citrus fruits and minerals, with a distinctive flavour and bracing acidity. Long and very dry, this is one of the most minerally white wines on the market... not for the faint-hearted! Ideal with seafood salads, octopus or shellfish that has been simply cooked. Best enjoyed: through 2025
