Powerful and dry, aromatic white, typical of northern Argentina. Grown on sandy soils of the Cafayate Valley between 1,650 & 1,750 meters. Manually harvested. 13% vol.

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks (95%) and the rest in French oak barrels.
