Full-bodied red made from vines planted in the extreme high-altitude, sandy soils of the Rupestre Valley, Salta, 2,300 meters above sea level. Hand harvested. 14.5% vol.

Appellation: Cafayate

Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with only native yeasts. Aged for 15 months in new, 300 liter French oak barrels.
