Full-bodied dry white made from grapes grown on ancient vines in stony cobbles soil, so typical of the Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation. 14º vol.

Appellation: Châteauneuf du Pape

Grape Variety: 50% Grenache, 30% Clairette & 20% Rousanne

Winemaking: Fermented in cement tanks and aged on its fine lees in large oak vats for 16 months.

Tasting Notes: Bright yellow with hints of gold. Attractive aroma of stone fruit & minerals, with hint of nuts. Rich and mouth-filling, with an earthy note and fresh acidity. Long and well-balanced, but beginning to show its age. Ideal served wih pork roast, sausages or schnitzel. Best enjoyed: 2018 to 2025.
