Winemaking: Short fermentation of whole bunches with natural yeasts for 2.5 days. After pressing, the wine will finish its fermentation by spending 7 months in small concrete vats.

Tasting Notes: Light ruby-red wine with a clean nose, offering aromas of red fruits, wild strawberries, and mountain berries. It boasts a fine and elegant structure.
Best drink: before 2027.

Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles. Only 8000 bottles produced.
