Powerful yet silky full-bodied red made from grapes grown in the stony, karst limestone in the Marchione region, in Puglia. The grapes were lightly dried on the plant before harvesting. 14% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Aleatico

Winemaking: Vinified and aged for 18 months in stainless steel tanks. Two years additional bottle aging before commercialization.

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet with purple notes. Attractive aroma of ripe red fruit, plum jam and blackberries. Intense and full-bodied, with soft tannins and a velvety texture. Long and persistent, ideal served with roasted meats or full-bodied pasta dishes. Best Enjoyed: 2021 to 2025.
