Winemaking: Vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks.

Awards: Included in Luca Maroni's Guide to the Best Italian Wines. Diploma in the Vinistra Mondo delle Malvasie competition (2015 vintage).

Tasting Notes: Bright garnet. Attractive aroma of red fruit, pomegranate and berries. Dry and light-bodied, with soft tannins and good balance. Serve with Italian or Spanish cold cuts, ravioli, salty cheeses or pizza. Best enjoyed: 2023 to 2029
