Powerful mediuml-bodied red made from grapes grown on the silty clay soils of the Brindisi region, in Salento, Puglia. Manually harvested. 13% vol.

Appellation: Salento IGP

Grape Variety: 100% Negroamaro

Winemaking: Vinified and aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Six months additional bottle aging before commercialization.

Awards: Wine Enthusiast: Best Buy.

Tasting Notes: Deep red. Attractive aroma of ripe blackberries. Dry and medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a good balance. Serve with roasted meats or full-bodied soups. Best enjoyed: 2021 to 2026.
