Powerful, full-bodied red made from grapes grown on old vines, mostly with the Mouvedre grape variety, and a little Cinsault. Food friendly and well structured, with a complex aroma.

Grape Variety: 85% Mourvedre and 15% Cinsault

Winemaking: Fermentation of whole clusters in concrete tanks and aging for 2 years in large oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Best enjoyed: 2023 through 2030.
