Sylvia Wu [Decanter]: Roasted coffee beans, cedar wood and star anise on the nose, boasting blackberry, dark plum and prunes. Woody dark berries, cassis and liquorice on the palate, spicy and concentrated. Youthful yet already enjoyable thanks to the plush ripe fruit profile. The tannins are robust and grippy, with decent acidity (5.4g/l) to refresh. Long with Pu'er tea and prune on the finish.
