Refreshing, medium-bodied red made from grapes grown on the highest hill of the Bordeaux appellation, in the limestone clay soils of Entre-Deux-Mers, in the south. "Rational" viticulture incorporating many organic practices. 13,5% vol.

Appellation: Bordeaux Superior

Grape Variety: 63% Merlot and 27% Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking: The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature controlled 210hl stainless steel vats. Post fermentation maceration and the malolactic fermentation are also done in vat. Aged during one year in oak barrels before being fined and lightly filtered before bottling.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red. A rich, expressive bouquet with notes of red-berried fruit, blackberry and blackcurrant with notes of oak. The palate is rounded, ample and flavorful. Well balanced and fresh with smooth tannins and good length. Fruity back-of-palate. Best enjoyed: 2022 to 2025.
