Tasting Notes: Very pale salmon color. Fresh aroma of rasberries & red forest fruits. Dry & elegant with notes of ripe apples & citrus fruit. Ideal with grilled fish, white meats, curry dishes and Asian food.
Best enjoyed: through spring of 2025
