Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Harvest by hand, pressed inlong bunches, fermentation in barrels with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation in barrels, stirring of the lees. Aging in barrels for 12 months, without new barrels.

Presentation: Cardboard box of 6 bottles with wax-coated cork closures.
