Medium-bodied dry white made from a selection of the best grapes grown by Villa Sparina, all coming from the 40-year-old Monterotondo vineyard, at 350 meters above sea level. Marl & clay soils. 13.5% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Cortese

Winemaking: Mainly in stainless steel tanks, but large wood vats are used in part, depending on the vintage. Bottle-aged for two years before release.
