Winemaking: Pre-maceration cold soak and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Thirty months ageing in Slovanian oak casks.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby. Aroma of black raspberries, spices and wet forest floor. Powerful, dry and persistent, with more red fruit and notes of iron shavings. Dry, spicy tannins and marked acidity, clean finish. An elegant and traditional Brunello, with a long future. Best enjoyed: 2023 to 2033.
