Dry white native of Friuli, made from grapes grown in the Friuli hills on the border with Slovenia, in the Ronco area, where the high percentage of clay (called ponca) and the south-eastern slope exposure. Hand harvested by hand.

Grape Variety: 100% Ribolla Gailla
Winemaking: Brief cold maceration of destemmed grapes and gentle pressing. Cold decanting and fermentation for six months at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. It is left to rest on yeasts until spring (when it is bottled) and aged in the bottle for a few months
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow colour with green highlights. Floral and fruity elegant aromas with a sustained acidity well balanced in the body.
