Ageing: Fermented in open-top tanks with 25% in whole clusters. Aged for 11 months in French oak barrels (38% new).

Awards: Wine Spectator: 94 points.

Tasting Notes: Ideal with duck and other game birds, casseroles or beef stew. Best enjoyed: 2021 to 2025

Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles.
Availability: Very Limited. Only 668 cases produced.

Wine Spectator (Kim Marcus) : Lithe and fruity, with crushed red plum, raspberry and cherry tart flavors, loaded with rich, spicy accents. Ripe midpalate, featuring a finish that turns creamy, backed by medium - grained tannins.
