Extraordinary full-bodied white wine fermented in barrels, made from Gualtallary grapes, in the Uco Valley, at 1,300 meters above sea level. Sandy soils with calcareous stones. Manual harvest.

Grape Variety: 100% Torrontés
Winemaking: Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are refrigerated at 6ºC. Selection of clusters, destemmed, maceration in the press with dry ice for 2 hours. Pressed at low pressure, unblocked. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels (50% first use and 50% second and third use) for 10 months.
