Extraordinary full bodied red made of grapes from a single vineyard in the district of Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, at 990 m.a.s.l. Franco-sandy soils with river origin, rich in calcareous stones and gravel. Manual harvest.

Grape Variety: 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Malbec, 18% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot
Winemaking: Harvest by hand. with destemming and scrumbling 3 times a day. Fermentation at 31 °C (88 °F) with wild yeasts. Prolonged maceration for 35 days. Malolactic fermentation for 15 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Deep and bright ruby red color. Aromas of forest fruits, spices and vegetable notes, mainly contributed by the two Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc. Fruity aromas persist in the mouth, with natural acidity. The other varieties provide texture and roundness to the assembly. It features a stylish and persistent finish. This wine has great guardian potential and can be preserved for up to 20 years.
