Elegant, aromatic dry white made from grapes grown at 400 meters above sea level on the Oude Nektar farm in Jonkershoek, Stellenbosch. Decomposed granite soils. 13.5% vol.

Appellation: Jonkershoek

Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Winemaking: Fermented in French oak barrels (5% new) and aged for eight months on its fine lees. Partial malolactic fermentation. Racked and lightly fined & filtered before bottling.

Awards: Old Mutual Trophy Wine Show: 91 points.

Tasting Notes: Best enjoyed: 2022 to 2024.
