Full-bodied dry white made from old vines in the "Clos des Croux" vineyard, just below the massive rock of Vergisson. Clay-limestone rich soils, with southern exposure. Hand-harvested. 13% vol.

Appellation: Pouilly Fuissé

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Barrel fermented & aged for 10 months in French oak.

Tasting Notes: Medium yellow. Ripe citrus fruit aroma with notes of minerals. Rich & structured with a fresh acidity and light toastiness, ideal to serve with white meats, seafood in sauce or foie gras. Best enjoyed: 2022 to 2027.

Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles.
