Full-bodied dry white made from 30 year-old vines located in the "Clos de la Bressande" near the village of Hurigny. Limestone clay soils. Hand harvested. 13% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Made in stainless steel tanks. Ten months ageing with weekly lees stirring ("batonnage").

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow. Aroma of ripe peaches & acacia flower. Rich and silky, perfect to serve with hors d'oeuvres or grilled fish. Best enjoyed: 2023 to 2025.
