Tasting Notes: Pale yellow. Fresh aroma of stone fruits, citrus and toast. Dry & slightly tart, with citrus fruit and notes of dried herbs. Serve with game birds, egg dishes or cold cuts. Best enjoyed: 2022 to 2024.
